SERF stands for Special Education Resource Facility.

Within the mainstream school there are special

facilities and, more importantly, special staff to cater for children

with Special Educational Needs. Our SERF caters for children with 

physical disabilities but the facilities are also available to

other children with a wide range of

Special Educational Needs. 

These photographs were taken recently as the SERF

Building was handed over to the school.

Members of Staff, Blackpool Borough Council and the Building Contractor gather

to inspect the SERF before handing over.

The Facilities within the SERF are modern and designed to the highest standard.

The building was designed to fit in with existing buildings.
