Lost Property

There are four golden rules you must follow!

1    Never bring anything to school that is valuable.

2    Never leave money or possessions in your coat pocket outside a classroom.

3    Clearly label all your belongings, including clothing, with your name and tutor group.

4    Use your locker to keep your items safe.

If you are unlucky enough to loose something retrace you steps.

Ask a teacher for advice.

You will be allowed to go to Reception to report the loss.

You may also post a notice to all tutor groups describing your lost item.

Sometimes items may be stolen - unfortunately, as in all areas of life, some people are dishonest.

If you suspect your item may have been taken see your House Tutor for advice.

If you have to bring money into school for a trip or to buy equipment bring a cheque rather than cash.

Remember the following items should not be brought to school:

Jewelry

Mobile Phones

Personal Stereos

Game Boy computers

If you bring these to school and they are lost you will get very little sympathy!
