Welcome to our web-site which aims to put you back in touch with a few names and faces from the past!
My Name is Pete Westhorpe and I was a pupil at Yew Tree High School from 1968 - 1975 along with a guy called Chris Ennis.
Now Chris and I haven't spoken or seen each other for over 26 Years ! Until we accidentally surfed into each other on the internet. Well the memories came flooding back, most of them good and all of the certainly entertaining.
We decided to try to gather a little more information on our former school and invite ex-pupils and teachers to contribute to our site.

OLD MATES
If your thinking of a reunion or just meeting up with one of your old mates you may be a little apprehensive.
After all, there has been a lot of water under the bridge. Don't worry - get in touch and go for it. Dave Hill and I (Pete Westhorpe) had not seen each other for over 20 years. But when we met up last week in Blackpool, the years simple melted away. We had a great day - remembering the teachers, rooms and events that made Yew Tree special to both of us. Dave had not changed one little bit! He was a top guy then and still is now.
